Design
These game cases are pretty simple in their design. They are basically identical in nature to the official Nintendo made game pak cases. Operation is simple, you press on the clip (located in the front of the case) and the case will open. Once opened game cartridges can be placed inside or taken out of the casing. Opening a case is not the easiest thing for little children to do, however, any one with adequate intelligence should be able to open these cases with ease. The plastic on the top of the cases is smooth so that game labels are legible. Some of the darker game pack case colours will make it difficulty to read some game cases. All Game Boy and Game Boy Colour cartridges will fit inside these cases with the exception of the Game Boy Camera and any games that use the rumble cartridge or the motion sensor cartridge. Game Boy Advance games will fit in these game cases as well. These cases are durable; they will not break unless you attempt to break them.

Value
The Game Protector by Laing No. 1 Accessories is quite expensive compared to other game pak options. A package containing 4 cases will approximately cost $5. That is quite steep for plastic. However, this product does contain a one-year warranty. However, this warranty is quite redundant because the postage cost of mailing a damaged case is equal to the value of the case. Nevertheless, it is still nice to see a warranty offered.

Satisfaction
Gamers that care about the longevity of their Game Boy games will not regret buying this product. However, they may be upset when finding a cheaper game case alternative in other retail stores.

Overall
If you really care about the longevity of your Game Boy games, you should pick up a product that is similar to this one but cheaper.
